MentorLIVE
MentorLIVE brings aviation educators together with industry experts for a free live broadcast on the third Wednesday of each month at 8 PM ET. Each session tackles real challenges in flight training, from building confidence in new CFIs to career paths in aviation. Every episode is archived, so instructors can learn on their own schedule. Your gift helps keep MentorLIVE free and open to the entire aviation education community.
Professional Development
NAFI offers the Master Flight and Ground Instructor Accreditation Program, a prestigious initiative designed to recognize aviation educators who demonstrate exceptional instructional activity, personal development, and professional service within the flight-training community. This program establishes a benchmark of excellence, inspiring all aviation educators to aspire to higher standards.
Mentorship
Every instructor had someone who believed in them first. Through peer mentorship, NAFI helps new instructors get started on the right foot and connects them with experienced educators who’ve been there. Your gift helps open those doors for the next generation.
Advocacy
NAFI is a voice for flight instruction before industry and government, working to shape training standards and raise the professional standing of flight instructors.
