Elizabeth Vulgamore

The National Association of Flight Instructors is proud to announce that NAFI member Elizabeth Vulgamore has earned accreditation as a NAFI Master Flight Instructor. Vulgamore is a CFII, FAA Gold Seal flight instructor, and serves as a FAA Safety Team representative. She volunteers at Spencer Flight & Education Center in Scott City, Kansas, overseeing administrative functions and organizing educational events and community outreach initiatives to promote aviation awareness and inspire the next generation of aviators.

Aviation has taught Vulgamore the power of relationships and the importance of community. For her flying is more than a skill — it’s an opportunity to make connections, inspire confidence, and encourage new learning opportunities.

When she’s not in the cockpit, Vulgamore enjoys spending time with her two boys and remains committed to lifelong learning, seeking ways to grow as a pilot and instructor.
