Anthony D. Sypula

The National Association of Flight Instructors is proud to announce that NAFI member Anthony D. Sypula has earned accreditation as a NAFI Master Flight Instructor.

Sypula caught the flying bug at an early age while flying to and from Colorado for skiing trips. After working as a flight attendant during his initial flight training, he earned his CFI in 2021. He began instructing full time at the flying club where he trained, and now serves as the chief flight instructor. “The role flight instructors play in training the current and future generations of pilots is vitally important,” he said. “It should be approached with a sense of commitment and excitement — all the while not forgetting that flying airplanes is inherently fun.”
