Josselyn Slagle

The National Association of Flight Instructors is proud to announce that NAFI member Josselyn Slagle has earned accreditation as a NAFI Master Flight Instructor.

Slagle is a first-generation aviator. She grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She earned a master’s degree in aviation safety and bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Florida Institute of Technology. She also earned four additional degrees at the Community College of Beaver County in Pennsylvania. Slagle is a Gold Seal CFI/CFII/MEI. She serves as the chief flight instructor for Haski Aviation. Slagle is the president of her local EAA Chapter 857. She is the 2025 National FAA Safety Team Representative of the Year and serves as a lead FAA Safety Representative.
