Michael Ancel

The National Association of Flight Instructors is proud to announce that NAFI member
Michael Ancel has earned accreditation as a NAFI Master Flight Instructor.

Ancel earned his private and instrument ratings in high school before moving to Atlanta,
Georgia, to study aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech. While in college, he earned his
commercial and CFI certificates, instructed part time with the Yellow Jacket Flying Club
(YJFC), served as the president of the YJFC, and completed engineering internships at Delta Air Lines and Textron Aviation. Now flying full time with NetJets, Ancel remains active in the general aviation community through his instruction and by serving as a volunteer with the YJFC as assistant vice president of maintenance.
